Policy Statement:
As soon as we receive your
order, we will send you an email giving youthe specifics on how long it
will be before your sculpture will be made. Then when we have completed
the order and have shipped it, we will notify you with another email.
Please understand, we will always do our best to get your order to you
as soon as possible.
Due to the variety of items we make and the fact that each piece is individually hand crafted, we will not have all items on hand at all times. We usually will ship within two weeks. However, if this is not possible, we will let you know when you can expect to receive it. Quality will NEVER be sacrificed.
RETURNS - We feel you will be very pleased with the quality, workmanship, and beauty of the item you selected. However if there should be a need for a return, it will be accepted for exchange only within 30 days of delivery. Additional shipping charges will apply.
BREAKAGE DUE TO SHIPPING - Safe delivery is guarnateed. If an item is damaged in shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours. Please keep the original packaging and shipping materials. We will put in a claim and have the item recalled by the shipping agent that was used. If shipping caused the breakage we will send you a replacement at no extra cost to you.
ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGE - We are aware that accidents may happen. Should your sculpture ever become broken or damaged, it is usually repairable. If you wish to have it repaired, check with us and let us know the extent of the damage. Shipping and repair charges will apply. A repaired sculpture is as good as new.
